原油混沌脉冲电脱水技术探讨与仿真

摘    要:首先建立了油包水乳状液中液滴变形过程的动态模型.然后提出采用具有混沌特性的高压高频脉冲电场,使油包水乳状液在混沌脉冲电场作用下工作,获得最佳谐振脱水效果.混沌信号通过混沌脉冲位置调制(CPPM)、混沌脉冲宽度调制(CPWM)和混沌脉冲幅值调制(CPAM)生成,最后进行了仿真.

Abstract:The motion and deformation of single emulsion liquid drop were investigated and a new dynamic model was proposed. High frequency pulsating electrical field which had chaotic characteristic was also proposed and electric dehydration of w/o emulsion worked with chaotic pulse,aaccordingly optimum effect of electric dehydration was gained. Chaotic signals are generated according to chaotic pulse position modulation,chaotic pulse width modulation and chaotic pulse amplitude modulation.Simulation is completed.
