高效学习者的认知结构特点及其构建

摘    要:认知结构是学习在某一领域的全部知识及其组织,它是学习的起点,也是学习的结果。迁移与创造都是基于学习的认知结构而展开的,高效学习的认知结构应具备开放性、多维性、创生性等特点。针对当前教学中忽视学习认知结构的开放性、多维性、创生性特点及其构建的倾向,提出相关的教学策略与建议。

Abstract:Cognitive structure is defined as the learners' all knowledge and its structure in a certain field. It is the outset of learning, as well as the results of learning. Transfer and creativity are all expanded based on it. The cognitive structure of the learner with high efficiency is characterized by open, multidimensional and creative features. But the current teaching appears the tendency of neglecting the construction of learner' cognitive structure, for which, the article presents some correlative teaching strategies and suggestions.
