| 摘 要： | 在有效质量近似下,采用两参数波函数变分地计算了杂质在阱心和阱边两种情况下,量子阱中中性施主束缚激子(D0,X)体系的束缚能和激子质心波函数对于不同阱宽随坐标的分布及粒子间的平均距离随阱宽的变化,得到了较好的结果,并对结果进行了详尽的分析和讨论.

| Abstract: | In the effective-mass approximation, the binding energy and the exciton center-of-mass wave function and the average distance of excitons bound to a neutral donor (D0X) in a GaAs-AlxGa1-x As quantum well are calculated variationally for the values of the well width by using a two-parameter wave function,when the dopant is located in the center of the well and at the edge of the well. Our results are reasonable and they are discussed in detail. |
