| 摘 要： | 从概率论、模糊集和粗糙集的角度提出基于像元、目标和影像三个层次的不确定性度量指标.这些指标有利于跟踪误差和对不确定性的传递研究,同时为遥感数据和G IS集成或信息提取等操作提供可靠性评价手段. |

| Abstract: | Three hierarchical uncertainty measurement indices according to the points of view of pixel,object and image were introduced,including information entropy,rough sets-based fuzzy entropy and rough entropy based on probability theory,fuzzy sets and rough sets theory.These measurements could measure effectively attribute uncertainty and facilitate to trace error and the propagation of uncertainty in remotely sensed data. |
