形状记忆合金管接头结构优化与有限元分析

摘    要:为了解决油管接口处的慢性泄漏问题,研究了一种舰艇核反应堆管路用形状记忆合金管接头.建立了NiTiNb形状记忆合金管接头结构优化模型,并采用遗传算法,对NiTiNb形状记忆合金管接头进行了结构优化设计.采用有限元法对优化后的NiTiNb形状记忆合金管接头进行了热结构耦合仿真分析,仿真试验结果与理论分析结果取得了较好的一致性,从而证明本文提出的方法是可行、有效的,具有很大的通用性和工程实际意义.

Abstract:Base on the theory of engagement principle of involutes gear, the 3D parametric finite element model of involutes gear has been built using the ANSYS parametric design language APDL in ANSYS software. Base on heat transfer and friction theory, the single tooth body temperature finite element model has been establish, and the single gear bulk temperature field has been obtained. Take the temperature distribution as the temperature load of the gear, the thermal deformation of the gear was calculated and the amount of modification determined by the thermal deformation is gotten. According to the gear under load gear maximum amount of modification is calculated based on the empirical formula. a the thermoelastic coupling revised involute tooth profile modification curve equation was derived according to modification theory. Amended repair-shaped curve equation was abtain and verifed through the ANSYS contact analysis.
