云南产玫瑰花化学成分研究

摘    要:从云南产玫瑰花干花瓣经甲醇提取,硅胶柱层析,高效液相色谱分离提纯得到6个化合物,通过波谱方法分别鉴定为山奈酚-7-O-β—D-半孔糖皮蒽(1),山奈酚(2),槲皮黄酮(3),黄杉素-4’-甲基醚(4),(-)-表儿茶素(5),二氢染料木素(6).其中化合物(2)、(3)、(5)、(6)为首次从该植物中分离得到.

Abstract:The constituents of rose petals of Yunnan Province were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH - 20 and TLC. The structures of these compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectral data and physiochemical properties. Six compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as Kaempferol - 7 - O - β - D - galactopyranoside ( 1 ), Kaempferol (2), Quercetin (3), Taxifolin - 4' - methyl ether (4), ( - ) - Epicatechin ( 5 ), Dihydrogenisteiu ( 6 ). Four compounds ( 2,3,5, 6) were isolated from the rose petals of Yunnan Province for the first time.
