台湾高新技术产业发展对欠发达地区的启示

二战后,台湾经四个阶段的产业结构调整,产业结构已接近发达国家水平。我国西部的经济发展水平与台湾地区实现工业化前的情况比较类似,高新技术的产业结构调整效应有相当积极的意义。形成发展高新技术产业的局部优势以及与台湾高新技术产业合作,是实现欠发达地区产业结构快速调整和“跨越式”发展的较好形式。
