摘    要:微型化学实验是体现绿色化学理念、培养创新人才的一种有效方法。针对薄层色谱法分离叶色素实验教学中存在的污染问题,该文对其实验方法进行了改进,实验结果表明该方法分离效果好、斑点清晰、实验现象明显,此微型化设计符合绿色化学要求。

Abstract:The microscale chemical experiment is an effective method which carries the idea of green chemistry to foster innovative talents.In order to resolve the pollution in the experimental teaching of analysis of pigments in leaf by thin-layer chromatography,this article improves the experiment method.The result shows the identification is distinct and the spots are clear.It has evident experiment phenomenon and satisfies the green chemistry development requirement.
