| 摘 要： | 介绍了和谐社会的含义,探讨了图书馆的社会职能、图书馆在建设学习型社会中的作用以及图书馆在建设和谐社会中的特殊意义,分析了我国图书馆存在的主要不和谐因素,阐述了国际图联所倡导的现代图书馆精神,提出了建设和谐社会中的和谐图书馆的远大目标。
