摘    要:BIT虚警率高阻碍了BIT效能的充分发挥和更广泛、更深入的应用,如何在故障检测率一定的条件下,降低虚警率将成为一个亟待解决的问题。通过将系统状态划分为正常、间歇和故障三种状态,建立了三态马尔可夫模型。分析了三态模型的合理性、与两态(正常状态、故障状态)模型的关系,并对两者进行了对比。理论分析表明,基于三态模型的BIT与基于两态模型的BIT系统相比,其能力与性能得到了提高,在提高故障检测率的同时,还可以降低虚警率。

Abstract:The application of BIT system was widely hindered by the high FAR. How to reduce FAR without reducing FDR is a difficult problem that needs to solve. In this paper, the states of a system are divided into 3 state that include OK state, intermittent state and faulty state. The 3-state Markov model is set up, the rationality of 3-state Markov model and the relation between 3-state model and 2-state model are analyzed. The analyzing results show that the BIT of 3-state model is found to be better than BIT of 2-state model in reducing FAR as well as increasing FDR.
