基于磁流变减振器的整车控制方式研究

摘    要:为了分析在二自由度车辆模型设计的磁流变减振器的控制器直接构成整车控制系统的可能性,设计了整车控制系统的两前、两后和四通道三种控制方式并建立了相应的仿真模型和确定了系统参数。研究表明,在二自由度车辆模型环境下设计的磁流变减振器的控制器可直接组合成整车控制系统,其中四通道控制方式比两通道控制方式的效果好15%左右。基于磁流变减振器的整车控制系统与基于液体减振器的整车振动系统相比,系统性能可以提高20%左右。

Abstract:In order to analyze the likelihood of consisting full-vehicle control method with the controllers designed by 2 DOF vehicle model, two-front channel and two-rear channel and four-channel control mode of full-vehicle control system were designed. The system simulation models were consisted, and the system parameters were defined, The simulation conclusions are that full-vehicle control system can be directly consisted with the controllers designed by 2 DOF vehicle model, the control effective of four-channel control mode is better then two-channel control mode about 15%.The control precision and road adaptability of full-vehicle control system based on magnetorheological dampers can be improved about 20% then full-vehicle vibrating system based on fluid dampers.
