| Abstract: | The right of litigation is a common right entrusted to citizens,corporations and other organizations,Procedurad rights are required to be exercised according to the law.To deliberately perform untrue litigation is to abuse suit rights,which causes the victims'unnecessary loss of property and personal damages Therefore it would embody the justice and equality of law that the actors should shoulder the legal responsibility of civil compensation. |
