摘    要:研究了Ni-Cu-Re系合金的高温摩擦行为以及影响其磨损系数的因素。结果表明在高温时当其表面生成一层完整的氧化膜后,其摩擦磨损性能得到了改善,在现有的镍基合金中加入一定量的铼、铜,有可能使其成为一种高温自润滑材料。

Abstract:The dependence of friction coefficient vs. temperature and the effect of environment on the wear behavior of Ni-Cu-Re alloys have been measured. It was found that the friction and wear coefficent were reduced drastically at the elevated temperature. The results showed that Re played an important role in decreasing the friction and wear coefficient. The low friction and wear coefficent related to the formation of volatile rhenium oxides during friction at high temperature. The low melting point rhenium oxide improved the development of glaze layer with NiO and CuO. So alloys exhibited an excellent Self-lubricating ability at high temperature. The results showed that the addition of Re and Cu in the nickel based alloys would improve th friction and wear behavior at high temperature.
