Probe into the Problems in the Design and Construction of Concrete Covering Layer

The concrete covering layer has a bearing on the durability of the c oncrete structure directly, however in the previous structural design and constr uction, people consider more about the strength and less about the durability, l ooking down on the design and construction of the concrete covering layer. In th e light of the above-mentioned problem, this paper makes brief analysis on some problems needing attention in the design and construction of the concrete cover ing layer, and points out emphatically that only when people makes the design an d construction of the concrete covering layer according to relevant technical st andards, can the durability of the concrete structure be guaranteed.
