| 摘 要： | 从废弃的甜菜粕中分离出果胶，并将剩余残渣通过一定的化工工艺制备羟甲基纤维素，阐明了用甜菜粕生产果胶和CMC的可行性。

| Abstract: | the feasibility of commercial pectin and preparation of CMC with waste beet pulp is discucsed in the paper. The key technique that separates pecin from the waste beet pulp and prepares the CMC by special chemical process from the residue is described in every detail . |
