桦叶荚蒾及其近缘种的性状变异及相似性初探

本文将陕西所产桦叶荚蒾(Viburnum betulifolium Batal.)及其近缘种作为一个整体类群,对其146个个体的10个定性和定量的外部形态性状进行了形象化散点图法分析,结果表明,桦叶荚蒾及其近缘种在陕西省包括B]、L]、H]3个个体群,它们分别与桦叶荚蒾、阔叶荚蒾(V. lobophyllum Gracbn.)、湖北荚莲(V. hupehense Rchd.)相吻合。3个个体群的代表个体的叶片内部结构和花粉形态,尤其是萌发孔内孔形状,与形象化散点图分析所得结果显示了紧密的相关性。B]群个体与L]群个体间的差异最大,而H]群个体介于两者之间,但更接近于L]群个体,3者确系不同的独立分类群,而且呈相互镶嵌进化的模式。

A Study on the Variation and Similarity of the Characteristics of Viburnum betulifolium and its Allied Species

In this paper, 10 morphological characteristics of 146 individuals of Viburnum betulifolium and its allies mainly collected from Shaanxi Province are analyzed by using pictorialized scatter diagram. The results show that the 146 individuals can be divided into three groups: B, L, and H, Group B tallies with V. betulifolium Batal, Group L with V. lobophyllum Graebn, Group H with V. hupehense Rchd. At the same time, the pollen grains and inner structure of leaves of the representative individuals of the three groups are also observed. All results show that the individuals of Group B are very different from those of Group L not only in morphology but also in thc pollen grains and inner structure of lcaves. The individuals of Group H hold the position between Groups B and L, but are more simillar to Group L. Therefore it might be suitable to treat Groups B and L as two separate species and Group H as a subspecies of Group L.
