| Abstract: | The high technology industrial developing zone are growth base and developing window of the high technology industrial. The successful developing zone ought to comprise universities (or research institute), science and technological pioneering work service centre and business. This article wages model reasearch to the high technology industrial developing zone using the method of combination of qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, model spot, model selection, model appraisement and related countermeasure are discussed. |
