| 摘 要： | 利用等离子体增强化学气相淀积(PECVD)系统制备了a-Si:H薄膜.使用KrF准分子脉冲激光对a-Si:H薄膜进行辐照,使a-Si:H晶化.拉曼散射谱和电子衍射谱的结果表明经过激光辐照后在a-Si:H层形成纳米硅颗粒.

| Abstract: | We prepared a-Si:H thin film by plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition system.We employed pulsed laser to irradiate a-Si:H and crystallize it.The results of Raman scattering spectroscopy and Electron diffraction show that nanocrystal Silicon (nc-Si) has been formed within as-deposition a-Si:H layer. |
