| 摘 要： | 目的:评价复方氟米松软膏联合新霉素软膏治疗青年成人期特应性皮炎的临床疗效.方法:将80例特应性皮炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例.治疗组予以复方氟米松软膏(商品名为奥深)及新霉素软膏外涂,一天2次.对照组采取同样方法外涂复方醋酸地塞米松软膏及新霉素软膏.2组均于2周后观察疗效.结果:治疗组与对照组比较在缓解瘙痒,局部炎症(P＜0.05)及改善皮肤苔藓样变(P＜0.01)方面差异均有统计学意义.结论:复方氟米松软膏联合新霉素软膏治疗青年成人期特应性皮炎有较好的疗效.
