酿酒酵母与雨生红球藻的细胞融合子的RAPD鉴定

摘    要:用7条随机引物对雨生红球藻(Haemotococcumpluvies)、酿酒酵母(Saccaromycescerevisiae)及其融合酵母变株进行RAPD分析.在融合子的54条谱带中,有7条为双亲共有,占12.96%,与酿酒酵母相同的18条(33%),与雨生红球藻相同的17条(30.9%),其余12条(23.54%)为融合子的新谱带,结果表明该融合子很可能是雨生红球藻、酿酒酵母细胞杂种.

Abstract:Haemotococcum pluvies, Saccaromyces cerevisiae and their protoplast fusant were tested by RAPD method with 7 randomly selected primers. Among 54 electrophoresis bands of the fusant, 7 bands can be found in both parents (12.96%), 18 bands can be found in one of the parent Saccaromyces cerevisiae (33.0%), 17 bands can be found in another parent Haemotococcum pluvies (30.9%). 12 bands are brand-new ones which can not be found in both parents. The results indicated that the fusant are possibly the result of protoplast fusing hybrid of Haemotococcum pluvies and Saccaromyces cerevisiae.
