克罗米酚对继发性不孕患者子宫内膜组织形态及E2和P的影响

摘    要:本研究观察了8名继发性不孕患者子宫内膜组织形态结构及血清E2、P在克罗米酚治疗前后自身变化对比,发现克罗米酚治疗前子宫内膜腺上皮组织形态明显落后于分泌中期应有的形态结构;克罗米酚治疗后子宫内膜腺上皮组织形态符合或接近分泌中期。光镜下分泌早期或分泌中期子宫内膜腺上皮形态结构克罗米酚治疗前、后同期比较无明显区别。提示:克罗米酚可改善继发性不孕子宫内膜腺上皮的生长与成熟,其机理可能与克罗米酚使排卵作用有关。克罗米酚治疗后7名患者血清E2水平较用药前升高(经检验,P<005),差别有显著意义,其机理可能与克罗米酚促排卵作用及促卵巢及肾上腺的雄烯二酮转化为E2有关。

The Effect of Clomiphene Citrate on Endometrial Glandular Epithelium and E 2, P of Secondary Infertile Patients
Abstract:The endometrial glandular epithelium, serous E 2 and P of 8 secondary infertile patients were observed before and after clomiphene citrate (CC) treatment. The histological structure of endometrial glandular epithelium before CC treatment were apparently out-of-phase as compared with that at mid-secretary phase of normal menstrual cycle. After CC treatment, some of them reached or approached mid-secretary phase, This indicated that CC could improve endometrial glandular epithelium to reach mature, which was related to ovulation. Under light microscope, at early secretary phase endometrial epithelium with CC treatment were resemble to those without CC treatment. The condition occured at mid-secretary phase. Serous E 2 of 7 secondary infertile patients with CC treatment were higher than that before CC treatment ( P <0 05). That was because of ovulation and translation of androstenedion to estradiol at ovary and adrenl by CC.
