| 摘 要： | 本文用ELISA间接法对银屑病,玫瑰糠疹等皮肤病患者血清中C_(3a),C_(4a)进行了检测,以探索补体成分在这两种疾中的病理及临床意义。检测结果表明银屑病、玫瑰糠疹患者血清中C_(3a),C_(4a)水平明显高于正常对照组。作者对其分析认为在银屑病,玫瑰糠疹的发生发展中有补体参与的免疫反应过程及过敏毒素可能在这两种疾病的免疫病理损伤中起到某种作用。

| Abstract: | In order to investigate the complement compositions in Psoriasis and Pityriasis Rosea s Pathology and clinical meaning,the authors of this essay have examined the C3a,and C4a within the blood serum by Elisas in Psoriasis and pityriasis Rosea patients. The result shows the level of the patients' bolld serum C3a,and C4a,is clearly higher than the normal contrast group. The authors analyzed the changes of C3aand C4ain Psoriasis and Pityriasis Rosea. It is believed that during the disseases occurrence and development ,there are complements participating in the immune reaction process and allergy toxin may play a role in the diseases immune pathology injury. |
