摘    要:中国在钢渣综合利用方面与日本等发达国家差距较大,尤其是在水泥和混凝土等跨行业领域应用。由于钢渣化学组成与水泥相似,具有一定胶结性能,研究者开发出一种新型钢渣基胶结材料。针对钢渣基胶结材料活性低现状,对钢渣凝胶性能、活性激发技术、配方方案设计、水化机理研究等方面进行了详细的论述探讨。相比掺入结构混凝土应用,钢渣基胶结材料在矿山充填领域具有较大的市场和成本优势,现有钢渣的低膨胀性能够克服体积微收缩,增强充填体后期强度,是钢渣基胶结材料极具可实施性的应用方向。

Abstract:In the aspect of steel slag resource utilization, our country has a large gap with the developed countries, especially in the fields of cement and concrete. Owing to the similar chemical composition between steel slag and cement, a large number of researchers at home and abroad have developed a new steel slag cementing material. Facing the low activity of cementing material, the steel slag cementing ability, active excitation technique, formula design and hydration mechanism are discussed in this paper in detail. Compared with the application in the field of structural concrete, steel slag cementing material has large market and cost advantage in the field of mining backfill. The low expansion of steel slag is beneficial for overcoming the volume shrinkage and increasing the final strength of filling body.
