摘    要:介于统一潮流控制器串、并联变流器在调节电力线路潮流过程中存在有功和无功功率相互影响等问题,通过分析其数学方程,建立了串、并联变流器状态反馈解耦控制模型,提出了功率协调控制策略。从功率平衡的角度分析了直流侧电容电压稳定条件,提出了在直流侧电容电压平衡控制环节中增加有功电流前馈分量的控制方法,实现了串、并联变流器对电容电压的动态稳定控制。在解耦控制策略的基础上,设计了串联变流器功率控制环,使统一潮流控制器在调节潮流的过程中达到了有功-无功功率独立控制的效果。通过仿真分析,验证了该控制策略在电力系统潮流调节中的有效性和可行性。

Abstract:For the influence of active and reactive power to the series and parallel converter of unified power flow controller (UPFC) in the process of power lines flow regulation, the paper established the state feedback decoupling control model of series and parallel converter, and proposed power coordinate control strategy for UPFC by analyzing UPFC mathematical equations, which analyzed DC voltage stability condition from the point of power balancing and increased the active current feed forward component under the DC capacitor voltage balancing control link, achieving dynamic stability control of series and parallel converter to capacitor voltage. The paper designed the series converter power control loop based on decoupling control strategy, and achieved active and reactive independently controlled effect to UPFC in the process of power flow regulation. The effectiveness and feasibility of the control strategy in the regulation of power flow is verified by simulation results.
