大容器水沸腾换热实验台信号抗干扰技术研究

摘    要:介绍了大容器水沸腾换热实验台的工作原理。分析了数据采集系统中热电偶毫伏级微信号在数十安培大电流下受到的干扰机理,提出了电源隔离、差分输入以及选用抗干扰器件等方法,对信号干扰进行了有效的抑制,确保了测试数据的准确性和可靠性。

Abstract:Working principle of the experimental syetem is described. It analyzes the jamming mechanismof the data acquisition system for thermocouple which is millivolt micro signal in the environment that containing dozens of ampere current and proposes the method that power supply isolation, differential input, selecting anti-interference device and so on, suppresses interference effectively ,so that accuracy and reliability can be guaranteed.
