摘    要:本文运用生化测定、放射性同位素标记及显微放射自显影等技术方法研究了灭幼脲Ⅰ号对致倦库蚊DNA代射的影响。结果表明,灭幼脲Ⅰ号抑制了致倦库蚊的DNA合成,降低DNA含量。

Abstract:This paper deals with the effects of diflubenzuron on the DNA metabolismof the mosquito, Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus. The experiments were conducted bymeans of biochemical assay, radioactive isotope label and micro-radioautography.The results are as follows: (1)The content of DNA in the control group of the 4thinstar larvae was significantly higher than that in the treated group; (2)The ~3H-thymidine incorporation into DNA of the treated larvae and eggs was inhibitedstrongly by diflubenzuron; (3) The observation of micro-radioautography showedthat the numbers of the silver granules into the cells of epidermis and digestivetract in the treated group were obviously fewer than those in the control group andthe ratioes of labelled cells were also decreased. These results indicate thatdiflubenzuron affects the DNA metabolism of the mosquitoes and, therefore, reta-rds the growth and devlopment of the mosquitoes and causes them to die at last.
