悬升连续过滤污水净化的试验研究

摘    要:采用悬升式(垂直螺旋输送的机械方式)连续过滤技术进行了污水连续过滤、悬浮物富集分离、清水稳定排出的实验研究,考察了螺旋转速、滤层高度、过滤速度以及操作时间对悬升连续过滤装置的过滤效率、出口水质及连续稳定的影响,确定了适宜的工艺操作条件,为悬升连续过滤装置的进一步开发研究提供了理论依据.

Abstract:The continuous filtration of waste water,enrichment and separation of suspended solids,stable discharge of cleaning water have been experimented in a patented device,named as suspended lifting(mechanical lifting by vertical rotating screw) and continuous filtration technology(SLCFT).The screw speed,height of filtration layer,filtration rate and continued operation time influence strongly the filtration efficiency,cleaning water quality and continuous stability in this filter.The suitable technical and operation conditions are determined,which provide important theoretical basis and industrial design principle for the further research and development of the SLCFT.
