厦门岛东部海岸旅游娱乐价值的评估

尝试用旅行费用法（TCM）对厦门岛东部海岸的旅游娱乐价值进行评估，采取整群随机抽样的方法对研究区的旅客进行半访谈式问卷调查，获取被调查有关旅行费用等信息资料，并依据旅客对厦门各主要景点喜好程度的赋分值分配旅行成本，同时考虑了旅行时间的机会成本，借助于SPSS软件进行数据处理，拟合得出全国各地游客对厦门岛东部海洋的旅游娱乐需求曲线，并计算出总消费者剩余，结果显示其旅游娱乐价值达4亿多元／年以上，还就研究区的主导功能的定位、性旅游资源的保护及户外娱乐场所的收益分配等问题作了探讨。

Research on the Value of Tourist-Recreationalong the Eastern Coast of Xiamen Island

This paper intends to evaluate the value of tourist recreation along the eastern coast of Xiamen Island by means of Travel Cost Method (TCM). In practice, with semi interviewing the tourists in the investigated area through random sampling of a entire group, a series of information on the travelling cost of the tourists was attained. And the distribution of travel cost (TC) was based on given scores according to tourists' different taste toward the main scenic spots of Xiamen and in consideration of the opportunity cost of travelling time as well. With the aid of SPSS software, a demanding curve on tourist recreation along the eastern coast of Xiamen Island was matched and the total consumer surplus was calculated. All these show that the value of recreation in this area was amounted to more than 4 billion RMB per year. In addition, the paper also discusses some other problems such as the dominant function position of the area, the protection of some significant tourist resources and the suitable charge of some outdoor public places for entertainment.
