Improve the Utilization Ratio of Foreign Language Books and Journals through Secondary Literature Development——Taking the Library of Shenyang Sport University as an Example

The utilization ratio of foreign language books and journals in institutions of higher education especially in professional colleges and universities is always in a state of relatively low. Taking the secondary literature development of the library of Shenyang Sport University as an example, this paper analyzes the causes why the utilization ratio of foreign language books and journals in the libraries of professional colleges and universities is low, introduces the working experiences of Shenyang Sport University, and puts forward a series of ideas and solutions for solving the problems.
