This paper expounds the necessity and significance of the reading guidance, and puts forward some measures for guiding students＇ reading and stimulating students＇ learning motivation, which include creating a good reading environment, surveying readers＇ demands and analyzing readers＇reading characteristics, coordinating teachers＇ teaching and doing a good job of recommendation, guiding students to do extra-curricular reading notes, implementing article- writing and reading-experience exchanging activities, and studying service mode and service content, etc.
