学习型社会视角下高校图书馆的社会化研究

高校图书馆社会化不仅可以推动社会的发展,而且可以实现资源的有效利用,对社会的发展和高校图书馆自身的发展都有着重大意义。但是,在高校图书馆社会化过程中依然存在定位模糊、服务人员素质低下、资金不足、政策缺失等着诸多问题。对此,提出了高校图书馆社会化的策略,包括保证教学和科研为前提、整合资源、有偿服务、提高服务质量、与企业合作、政府支持。

A Study on the Socialization of University Libraries from the View Angle of Learning Society

The socialization of university libraries can not only drive the development of society but also make full use of the resources, which possesses important significant for the development of both society and university libraries. But there are still many problems in the course of the socialization of university libraries such as unclear orientation, low quality of the staffs, insufficient fund, and the lack of the support policies, etc. Thus, this paper puts forward some strategies for realizing university library＇s socialization including to ensure the teaching and academic research as the premise, to integrate resources, to provide the paid services, to improve the service quality, to build the cooperation with some companies, and to get the support from government, etc.
