高校图书馆学生助理管理模式构建的研究

阐述了国内高校图书馆学生助理管理工作的现状,借鉴美国马里兰大学图书馆学生助理管理模式,从宣传、招募、培训、竞聘、管理、工资、考核奖励等7个方面分析了国内高校图书馆学生助理管理工作中存在的问题,并提出了解决对策,初步建立了学生助理管理模式。

Research on Construction of the Student Assistant Management Mode in University Library

This paper expounds the present situation of the management of student assistant in domestic university libraries, and drawing lessons from the student assistant management mode adopted by the library of Maryland University in United States, analyzes some problems existing in the student assistant management in domestic university libraries from seven aspects of the propaganda,recruitment,training, competition, management,salary and reward, and puts forward some solutions, and initially establishes the student assistant management mode.
