基于视频监控的座位管理系统研究

设计了一种通过视频监控系统的基于图像识别技术的座位管理系统,以该系统管理高校图书馆的座位资源,从而使图书馆资源得到更有效地使用。该系统与读者校园卡系统的结合可方便、快捷地实现读者在图书馆中座位的预约和选择;同时以视频监控系统为数据采集核心,通过图像识别技术判断座位的实际使用情况。该座位管理系统可以合理有效地管理图书馆中的座位资源,减少占座现象的发生。

The Research on Seat Management System Based on Video Surveillance

This paper designs a seat management system based on image recognition technology and through video surveillance system that can be used to manage university library’s seat resources for making university library’s resources be used more effectively, and that can be used to conveniently and quickly achieve readers’ appointment and selection of seats in the library through the combination with reader’s campus card system, and that also can be used to judge the actual use of the seats with video surveillance system and image recognition technology. The seat management system can reasonably and effectively manage the seat resources in the library, and reduce the occurrence of seat occupying phenomenon.
