图书馆引入志愿服务的必要性及其主要内容

The library of North China Electric Power University has established the operation mechanism of voluntary service from aspects of volunteers＇ recruitment and selection, training, examination and evaluation, and incentives, etc., and vigorously promotes voluntary service activities, actively creates a culture of volunteerism, and explores a workable system of voluntary service, which provide the reference for the library world.
