| Abstract: | Vague set theory is a kind of promotion of fuzzy mathematics. This paper introduces the basic concept of Vague sets, expounds the conversion formula among Vague sets, similarity measures and rules of schemes＇ optimal selection, and through the application instance analysis, illustrates the feasibility and rationality of applying the rules of schemes＇ optimal selection based on Vague set in university librarians＇ comprehensive quality evaluation. |
