专利技术分类构建方法研究

目前各类专利分类法不能较好地满足专利分析中的专利技术分类问题。以新能源汽车技术领域的专利文献为研究对象,针对限定领域的技术特征与专利文献的内容特征,研究了专利技术分类的人工构建方法,并对此进行了实证研究。

Study on the Construction Methods for the Classification of Patented Technologies

All kinds of patent classification systems can＇t well satisfy the classification of patented technologies in current patent analysis. Taking the patent documents in technological area of new energy automobile as the objects of study, and in the light of technological features of specific domains and content features of patent documents, this paper studies the artificial methods for constructing the classification of patented technologies.
