高校学报对教学改革的促进作用研究——以新疆四所高校为例

文章通过对新疆四所高校教改课题立项情况及四所高校学报刊登教学改革论文情况分析，发现各高校都加大了对教改课题的立项和经费资助力度，但高校学报刊登教改研究论文的数量却呈下降趋势，其主要是因为教改研究论文质量不高。高校学报作为高校主办的学术刊物，为了更好地发挥对教学改革的促进作用，应转变观念，充分认识教学改革对高校发展的重要性，通过培养青年教改研究人才，设立教育教学研究专栏，加强与教研部门的交流与合作，加大对教改研究的支持力度，学报编辑要增强责任感，善于学习，服务教改。

Research on Accelerating Teaching Reform of University Journal——Taking the four universities as an example

Through the case analysis of teaching reform projects and thesis reform in the four universities in Xinjiang, it has been found that these universities have increased the aid projects and funding for education research. The number of research papers published in the university journals, however, has decreased, which is caused by low qualities of teaching research papers. Journals of universities as academic publications should change ideas, playing the role of teaching reform better, and realize the importance of the teaching reform with the develop-ment of universities. Universities should cultivate youth talents in teaching reform research, set up the column of ed-ucation and teaching, strengthen exchange and cooperation with teaching research departments and increase the vigor to teaching reform research. The journal editors in universities should enhance the sense of responsibility, be good at learning and serve teaching reform research.
