| Abstract: | This paper elaborates the relationship between the "Outlook On Scientific Development" and the human rights in our country on the basis of human rights theory,puts forward and clarifies the human rights significance of "Outlook On Scientific Development" in the respect of its properties,main-body,contents,characteristic,core,realizing-condition,ways,process and developing-tendency. |
