低温对芸香抗氧化酶活性的影响

摘    要:通过在低温胁迫下对芸香的研究,结果表明:在5℃低温胁迫下,芸香叶片的脂膜相对透性与MDA呈上升趋势;O2-呈波动性变化,H2O2呈线性增加;SOD先升高后下降,而POD呈波动性变化.证明,芸香通过体内一系列生理特性的变化来抵抗低温.

Abstract:This paper studies the Physiological Characteristic of Ruta Graveolens Linn.under the low teperature stress.The results showed that permeability of membrane and MDA content were creased steadily under low temperature stress in continuously.O-2 Content and POD activities were creased steadily.SOD activities fluctuated under the low teperature stress,but POD activities has a tendency of rising.A series of changes in Ruta Graveolens Linn.to offer low temperature service.
