| 摘 要： | 从丝瓜和苦瓜种子中分离得到的丝瓜子和苦瓜子蛋白，均是含糖的单链核糖体失活蛋白，等电点在9-10之间，在抑制蛋白合成中丝瓜子蛋白的毒性高，而在抗生育活性中，苦瓜子蛋白较好。

| Abstract: | The Luffin and Momorcharin separated from seeds of Luffa and Momordica charantia linn are both single-chain ribosome-inactivating protein with sugar. In inhibiting the formation of protein the toxicity of Luffin is stronger while in the activation of anti-breeding, Momorcharin is better. |
