摘    要:为了给中国高层建筑钢结构抗连续性倒塌设计提供参考和思路,简要介绍了英国、欧洲、美国、日本等国家和地区抗连续性倒塌设计的构造措施、设计方法及流程等,重点针对各种规范关于分析方法、去除构件位置、荷载施加、破坏准则等关键问题,综合比较各种设计方法的优缺点和适用范围。分析表明,拉结强度法缺乏理论验证,去除构件法并未考虑构件失效时间和柱残余承载力对动力效应和内力重分配的影响,分析结果过于保守,关键构件法中偶然荷载的量化还存在争议。设计中应根据用途、重要性以及层数对结构进行分类,针对不同结构分类采取不同等级的抗连续性倒塌设计方法,同时应针对新建结构和已建结构区别对待。

Abstract:To provide recommendations and references for the design of high-rise steel structures against progressive collapse in China,the design methods of structures against progressive collapse in some leading codes in countries such as UK, Europe, U. S. and Japan were summaried. Comparison was made between the advantages and applicability of different codes, focusing on the analysis methods, locations of the removed elements, loading arrangements, and failure criterion, etc. The comparison results show that the tie force method lacks theoretical verification, that the alternate path method is too conservative due to its regardless of failure time and residual strength of removed columns, and that there exist arguments about the quantification of accidental loads defined in the key element method. It is recommended that different levels of design methods of a structure against progressive collapse should be taken according to the classification of structures based on its ultilization, importance and floors, and also the new and existing buildings.
