提出铁合金(生铁、铸铁、球铁)中钼、镍、锰、硅、磷快速测定方法:采用混酸快速溶解样品并制成系统分析母液,然后从中分取部分试液分别进行快速、简便、准确的单项测定,实现铁合金厂及铁铸件加工厂的生产例行分析及材料的快速检验,从而达到控制产品质量、降低化验成本和提高经济效率的目的。
