| 摘 要： | 给粘虫注射大肠杆菌，血淋巴中溶菌酶活性增强，然后用琼脂糖（ＣＭＳｅｐｈａｒｏｓｅ）离子交换层析法纯化溶菌酶。小白鼠先注射致病的阴沟肠杆菌，一小时后腹腔注射从粘虫免疫血淋巴纯化的溶菌酶，结果处理小白鼠死亡率比对照组低，说明试虫血淋巴中的溶菌酶在小白鼠体内可能有一定的抗菌作用。

| Abstract: | Lysozyme activities in hemolymph of Mythimna separata increased qickly at about 24 hours ofter injection with E.coli. The induced immune hemolymph was purified using a tow-step procedure with CM Sepharose (CL-6B) cation-exchange chromatography.Protein volume of each fraction was measured by colorimeter. absorbance at 280nm.also bacteriolytic activities assay was measured by colorimeter,absorbance at 450nm.Mice were injected with the predetermined lethal dose of E.cloacae. One hour later, the treated mice received injection of purified insect lysozyme,and the control ones received the same dose of saline. Then we got the treated group 6 of 14 mice died, this is less than the control group. where 12 of 15 mice died. |
