摘    要:鉴于传统的评价方法未能考虑指标值的模糊性,从可分性、复杂性和稳定性3方面建立评价指标体系,把云模型和模糊评价理论结合起来,并利用Bootstrap小子样法求解评价矩阵,最终通过建立的新模型得到评价结果.仿真实验结果表明,此模型把指标的确定性和模糊性都代入计算,从而较为全面地得出特征评价结果,为雷达辐射源信号特征的分选识别提供了一种新的选择.

Abstract:Seeing that the fuzziness of index is not considered in the traditional evaluation method, this pa- per establishes the evaluation index system from three aspects: separability, complexity and stability, and combines cloud model with frizzy evaluation theory, and then uses the bootstrap method to solve the evalu- ation matrix. The final evaluation results are obtained by new model created. Through simulation analysis, the certainty and fuzziness of the index in this model are both put into calculation to get the evaluation resuits of features more comprehensively, which provides one new option for sorting and identification of radar emitter signals.
