| 摘 要： | 本文研究了在汇麻过程中分别添加NH4NO3，（NH4）2SO4（NH4）2HPO4和（NH4）2CO3四种化学助剂对沤麻时间和沤麻过程中pH值及果胶酶活性的影响。确定了化学助剂法沤麻适宜的化学助剂种类，添加量和添加时间。采用此新工艺可缩短汇麻时间，并可提高亚麻纤维质量。
