摘    要:介绍了基于原油介电常数随温度的变化与原油凝点之间存在的内在联系,测量原油凝点采用的电容法。叙述了非接触式电容传感器的测量原理和实验方法。实验结果表明,原油介电常数在原油的凝点附近达到一个峰值,这与实验室方法得到的结果相符,初步得出电容法测量原油凝点是可行的结论。为在线监测原油的流动性提供了一条实用化途径。

Abstract:The paper introduces the practicability research for the measurement of the condensation point of the crude oil by capacitance measurement. The measurement is on the basis of the internal relations between the changing of the dielectric constants as the temperature changes and the condensation point of the crude oil. The paper introduces the measuring theory of the nonintrusive capacitance sensors and the experimental method. The experimental results show that the dielectric constant of the crude oil reaches a peak value near its condensation point. The results are the same as those obtained from the laboratory method. The conclusion is that the capacitance measurement of the condensation point is an important practical way for the on--line flow monitoring of the crude oil.
