模因视角下的大学英语教学策略研究

摘    要:模因被定义为一种与基因相似的复制因子,用于解释文化进化的规律。任何一个信息,只要它能够通过广义上称为"模仿"的过程而被"复制",它就可以称为模因了。把模因论应用到大学英语教学中去,按照模因论的三个特性及四个复制阶段来重新审视大学英语教学尤其是听说与写作教学,一方面有利于提高大学英语的教学质量,另一方面能够极大地激发学生的学习兴趣,增强学生的学习动力。

Abstract:Meme is defined as a replicator which is similar to gene and is used to describe cultural evolution.Any information which is replicated through imitation in its broad sense can be called meme.According to the three characteristics and four stages of memetics,which can be applied to the college English teaching,we can treat college English teaching,especially listening and writing,in fresh eyes.On one hand,the quality of college English teaching will be improved;On the other hand,students’ learning interest and motivation will be greatly cultivated.
