| 摘 要： | 本文叙述了纤维增强陶瓷轴承的技术原理,单元组分的选择与试制工艺。制品的技术性能,该产品在轧钢机、连铸机滚道上通过试用结果表明:这种陶瓷轴承不仅抗压、耐热、耐磨性能好,而且抗冲击、自润滑、易加工。

| Abstract: | The technological principle of ceramic strengthened by fibre, the choices of elementary composition and technology for trial-production are described in the paper. And also, the technical performance of the product and its operational data on rollaway nest of continuous cast machine have been obtained.The results show that this ceramic bearing posses many outstanding properties, such as not only good in pressure resistance, wear and heat-resisting, but also shock resistance, self-lubrication and easy in machining. |
