摘    要:介绍悬浮扩散共聚法制备球对称聚合物GRIN(梯度折射率)微型透镜的过程,对所制样品折射率分布应用剪切干涉法进行了测量,测量精度较高,为进一步制作理想折射率分布的微球透镜提供了实验依据.结果表明,所制透镜已经具有较好的折射率梯度,接近抛物线型分布.对扩散过程作了定性分析,提出了改善悬浮扩散共聚条件的一些建议.

Abstract:A micro-sphere lens with a spherical gradient index (GRIN) prepared by the suspension-diffusion-copolymerization(SDC) technique was introduced in the article. The radial distribution of refractive index of the lens was measured by the shearing interference method, which provided experimental support for the further manufacture of sphere lens with ideal GRIN distribution. A high accurate experimental result was achieved. It demonstrated that the refractive index distribution approached the quadratic-index distribution approximately in a certain range. Some suggestions of improving the conditions of SDC reactions were given.
