| 摘 要： | 产业集群的发展离不开人才集聚,人才集聚离不开人才所处环境和人才所占有资源的影响。这些影响因素可概括为人才拥有的社会资本。利用系统动力学思想,将社会资本的内涵——信任、网络和规范对人才集聚的作用机制进行了分析,画出二者的因果关系图和系统流图。在此基础上提出利用社会资本促进人才集聚的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Talent development is inseparable from the accumulation of industrial clusters. Talent agglomeration is inseparable from the talent environment and talent resources. These factors can be summarized as the talent with social capital. Using the method of system dynamics, the mechanism of action in connotation of social capital-trust, networks and norms-over talent agglomeration is analyzed, and the causality diagram and system flow chart between the two is drawn. The countermeasure and suggestion of utilizing social capital to promote talent agglomeration is proposed on this basis. |
